a new tv series am all excited about - True Blood by HBO Movies. I caught a free marathon of episodes and was completely hooked. I didn't know how it started but I sure do want to know how it ends ! So off to the movie store & got me the complete series from Season 1 to Season 4. For my July & August viewing pleasures ! Let's get started ...

Season 1

The story takes place in the fictional town of Bon Temps, Louisiana, two years after vampires have made their presence known to mankind, and follows telepathic waitress Sookie Stackhouse as she attempts to solve a series of murders that seem to be motivated by a hatred of vampires.

Season 2

The second season explores telepath Sookie Stackhouse's relationship with her vampire lover, Bill Compton. It also introduces a number of sub-plots involving the anti-vampire Fellowship of the Sun church and Jason Stackhouse's indoctrination into the church by its leaders, Rev Steve Newlin and his wife Sarah. It also expands the role of Maryann Forrester, a powerful supernatural creature, who slowly gains control over the people of Bon Temps. Sookie and Bill travel to Dallas to help Eric find his maker, a two-thousand-year-old vampire named Godric, who has gone missing and is believed to have been kidnapped by the Fellowship of the Sun.

Season 3

The third season loosely follows the plot of the novel Club Dead, which finds Sookie teaming up with a werewolf named Alcide in Mississippi in order to track down Bill, who has been kidnapped and is being held hostage by a vampire King.

Season 4

The fourth season of the television series True Blood contains 12 episodes, bringing the series total to 48.[4] The season premiered on June 26, 2011, with the storyline picking up twelve and a half months after the events of season three. It is loosely based on the fourth novel in The Southern Vampire Mysteries series, Dead to the World.[5]

Out of curiosity, I check out the WEB for 2 individuals who really caught my attention as I was indulging in my "Supernatural" Season 2 marathon. These people were HH Holmes and Robert Johnson. To my surprise, their real people! And not just that, details of who they are as told in the story were TRUE! It's such a treat to know that not everything in what we watch is fiction, but rather it's based on hard facts.

When 11½-year-old Trevor McKinney (Osment) begins seventh grade in Las Vegas, Nevada, his social studies teacher Eugene Simonet (Spacey) gives the class an assignment to devise and put into action a plan that will change the world for the better. Trevor's plan is a charitable pyramid scheme, based on good deeds rather than profit. He calls his plan "Pay it forward", which means the recipient of a favor does a favor for a third party rather than paying the favor back. Trevor does a favor for three people, asking each of them to "pay the favor forward" by doing favors for three other people, and so on, along a branching tree of good deeds.

i am a very blessed recipient of "paying it forward". i've received much support from family during this time when we are in our lowest. then there is the "help" least expected . . . thank you so much po. you make a difference in this cruel world, you give hope, i thank the Lord for people like you.

There's more to this movie that meets the eye. It's full of heart, love amongst siblings - trust & it leaves you with a thought, if you could turn back the hands of time . . . would you change anything?
